This plugin changes the RealWheel physical layer from 15 (Default) to 14 (CollideWithStaticLayer). This will cause wheels to phase through all objects that are NOT static(station). But, it also introduces issues with weapon damage (bullets phasing through but haven't tried missiles yet).
This fixes the issue with one of the latest update to the game that causes blocks built very close to wheels to have higher than normal CPU load (physics mainly). This is VERY experimental and could lead to other issues that I haven't tested yet.
