DisableProjectedBlocks

Plugin with option to turn off projected blocks, clear scripts from projected programmable blocks, counter PCU increase and a way to keep specific blocks from being projected.

Now has ability to keep projection so set size.
"!dpb clearprojectors" to clear all projectors.
