GridTransporter built by Casimir, within is a fork of GridTransporter. GridTransporter was built for connecting Torch instance to Torch instance without Nexus. This fork goes one step beyond and allows Nexus Server to connect to another Nexus Server with players traveling between.
GridTransporter has been in Beta testing since December 2021 with updates thru out this year for Torch instance to Torch instance. Last major update came in September that opened Beta testing for Nexus Server to Nexus Server. An example of Nexus Server to Nexus Server: United Command of Pegasus that is made up of Mount Vesuvius, Lost Civilization, and The Realms Of Asgard with others in discussion to join.
Space Engineers players have finally achieved a new frontier that open choices for players that is as simple as traveling to new area. Granted player must look at mod list to determine what is transferable and what is not before crossing to a new server, as well as look at rules of servers they will be playing in as rules very between servers. Vanilla blocks are generally universal between servers.
