Control which logical processor your Torch server (and the attached SE Dedicated Server) can work with!
Simply click the Enable/Disable button in the Access column next to the logical core you want to allow or block from using. This will persist across restarts, if for some reason you play with the file and delete all allowed cores, it will re-add all available cores again. On first run, all cores will be enabled.
