This plugin allows the moderators of an SE server to add in "GlobalGPS" points for all who join the server to see instantaniously... These gps points are reloaded into the users profile each time they log in so there is no risk of the user losing them

| !GlobalGPS add [name] [#hex colour] | adds GPS for all users to see instantaniously, last parameter must be a hex code for colour |

| !GlobalGPS clear | Clears out all markers from config and will be applied when user rejoins (Working on instantanious removal) |
