Equator based weather (planet Terra only)

Bases weather on the equator instead of nearest voxels. Generally makes weather more diverse and appropriate.
- Weather near poles is mostly cold while weather near the equator is mostly hot.
- Weather lasts longer if it fits the current climate, it snows longer in the arctic than in germany.
- Heavy weather does not last as long.
Currently weather is hardcoded and is only supported on the modded "Terra" planet. Below are the current weights:
South/North Poles:
- Heavy snow (27%)
- Cold Front (27%)
- Heavy Fog (27%)
- Hailstorm (20%)
Subpolar zone (north-canada, north-russia):
- Light snow (50%)
- Light fog (33%)
- Heavy snow (17%)
Temperate zone (eurasia, canada):
- Light rain (40%)
- Low wind (20%)
- Light thunderstorm (20%)
- High wind (10%)
- Heavy thunderstorm (10%)
Subtropical (mediterranean, south afrika, united states, new zealand):
- High wind (33%)
- Dust (33%)
- Light Rain (11%)
- Light Thunderstorm (11%)
- Heavy Thunderstorm (11%)
Tropical (Mexico, Middle east, Australia):
- Heatwave (50%)
- Dust (16%)
- Extreme Heat (16%)
- Light Sandstorm (16%)
(Sub)Equatorial (Brazil, Benin, India, Philiphenes):
- Heavy thunderstorm (45%)
- Extreme heat (27%)
- Heavy rain (27%)
