TorchAPI provides:

• A platform for downloading Torch, a wrapper for Space Engineers Dedicated Server
• A repository for community-created plugins
• Game server features and community tools
• Integration with Discord, Patreon, and Tebex for account management and rewards

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access certain features, you must register using your Discord account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service

4. Plugin Repository

4.1 Uploading Plugins

If you upload plugins to TorchAPI:

• You retain ownership of your plugin code
• You grant TorchAPI a license to host and distribute your plugin
• You warrant that you have the right to distribute the plugin
• You agree not to upload malicious code or content that violates laws

4.2 Downloading Plugins

Plugins are provided by community members. TorchAPI:

• Does not guarantee the safety, quality, or functionality of third-party plugins
• Is not responsible for any damage caused by plugins
• Recommends reviewing plugin source code when available

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Scrape or collect user data without permission
• Circumvent any access controls or rate limits
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights

6. Intellectual Property

The TorchAPI website, branding, and original content are owned by TorchAPI. Torch itself is open-source software available under its respective license on GitHub.

7. Third-Party Services

We integrate with third-party services including:

• Discord: For authentication and community features
• Patreon: For supporter rewards
• Tebex: For purchases and donations

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TORCHAPI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TorchAPI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
